One-stop solutions aren’t for everyone.
In practice, there are three types of requests we often turn down:
“I just want the lowest price.”
If price is the only goal, one-stop won’t add real value.
Highly experimental or niche use cases.
When workflows are very specialized, a custom build is usually a better fit.
Frequent short-term changes.
If plans change every few months, locking into a system rarely makes sense.
A good one-stop solution only works when there’s a clear direction and real operational needs.
Saying no is sometimes the most responsible advice.
