Ship to port
If you choose to use your own freight forwarder, we can deliver the cargo to any designated seaport, airport, or rail terminal.
Sea freight
This is the most cost-effective shipping option, but also the slowest, with a transit time of approximately 15–40 days from China to the destination port. LCL or FCL will be arranged based on shipment volume
Air freight
This is the fastest shipping option, with transit times of just 2–5 days from China to the destination airport. For shipments over 500 kg, it is more cost-effective than international courier services.
Railway freight
We offer both FCL and LCL rail shipping to countries along the New Eurasian Land Bridge. Rail express takes approximately half the transit time of sea freight and is significantly more cost-effective than air freight.
Ship to door
We provide door-to-door logistics services for most countries, covering all export and import duties and taxes. In addition to delivery to private warehouses, we can ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers or other designated third-party locations. Our team manages sea, air, or rail transportation, handles customs clearance, and completes final delivery by truck or courier.
Local truck delivery
A commonly used sea-freight door-to-door solution, ideal for shipments over 3 CBM, with transit times of approximately 3–10 days.
Local express delivery
By combining sea transport with domestic express delivery, this solution is around 30% faster than traditional sea freight and up to 70% more cost-effective than courier or air freight, with a minimum shipment of 50 kg.
General Inspection
Whether you are on our Pro or Basic plan, all goods are sent to our warehouse for a free general inspection. Inspections are conducted in accordance with Level II, AQL 2.5 standards, consistent with industry inspection practices.
For defective products, if you use our selected suppliers, we will handle quality issues at no additional cost. If you work with your own suppliers, we can assist in resolving quality issues; however, logistics and travel expenses may apply.
